We hire primarily for the Dutch market and welcome candidates from across Europe. Dutch and/or English for client contact; no hard requirement of Dutch nationality or living in the Netherlands.

    Support specialist

    Tickets, remote help and workplace management for SME clients. You are the named contact during business hours.

    • You handle tickets: remote help, workplace management and follow-up in business hours.
    • You work within named-user MSP packages (Essential, Advanced, Elite).
    • Client contact in Dutch; English is a plus.
    • Hiring is primarily for the Dutch market; candidates from across Europe are welcome.

    You fit if you close tickets calmly, can help remotely, and give SME clients a named face in business hours.

    Account manager

    Relationships with SME clients, package advice (MSP + Academy) and growth of existing accounts.

    • You maintain relationships with SME clients and stay the commercial contact.
    • You advise on MSP packages and Academy by invitation.
    • You grow existing accounts, in the same formal tone as the rest of Floor ICT.
    • Dutch and/or English for client contact; hiring primarily for NL, Europe welcome.

    You fit if you keep existing SME accounts, can explain packages, and grow relationships.
