Questions about your data via the ticket portal: Create ticket · Intake.
What we collect on this site
If you plan an intake, you send a first name, last name, email address, company name, named users and optionally a package preference. Those fields go to HubSpot as processor, only to plan the intake. No newsletter, no sale of data. We do not add HubSpot tracking or analytics on this site ourselves.
Tickets and management
You report incidents in the customer portal. We process contract data to deliver the MSP service. The portal is provided by Atera as processor. floorict.servicedesk.atera.com.
Processors
HubSpot (intake form), Atera (ticket portal) and — only after your consent — Google Analytics process data under their own terms. Where we can direct that, processors stay in the EU or the EEA. We do not claim that all data stays in the Netherlands.
Analytics
We load Google Analytics only if you choose that in the cookie banner. No ads, no remarketing, no social pixels. Decline or continue without accept: no Analytics.
Cookies
Functional cookies remember your language and cookie choice so the site works. Analytics cookies are set only after your explicit consent. The intake form loads the HubSpot form (no tracking pixel) and its spam check. No public phone number, no public email address.
Retention
We keep intake data only as long as needed to handle your request. Ticket and contract data we keep for the duration of the contract plus legal retention.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. You exercise those rights via Create ticket or Plan an intake. Create ticket · Intake.
