About Floor ICT

Your IT partner in the Netherlands — MSP and Academy

Floor ICT is a Dutch IT partner for SMEs. We combine managed services (MSP) with Academy: we catch IT problems and risks, so you keep quiet — and your team builds knowledge, so fewer issues land at support.

We work as a partner for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365: management, guidance and practical knowledge in one place. No loose tools without ownership; a fixed contact who thinks along about your workplace and your people.

From intake to steady operations

We start concrete: you know what happens and who to contact. Academy builds skill while management handles incidents.

    A short conversation about your workplace, your cloud and what you want taken off your plate. You get a clear frame: what we do, what you keep, who the contact is.

    Setup and handover

    Accounts, devices and the portal. A short handover: how you create a ticket, what Academy does alongside, where you find us.

  3. 03

    Management with quiet

    Then it stays quiet. Patching, joiners and leavers, monitoring. You keep working; if something breaks, you create a ticket. We respond in office hours to the agreed SLA.

    Academy alongside

    Academy strengthens day-to-day skills (how-to and awareness), so fewer questions land at support. Access by invitation, alongside management.

  5. 05

    Adjust

    People change, tools shift. We check whether the frame still fits: extra workplaces, a module, an add-on. No automatic upsell; a fixed contact who thinks along.
