What is included
Design
Survey and plan: where coverage must sit, from warehouse to meeting room.
Access points
Install and tune access points within the agreed scope.
Guest network
A separate guest network if you want one, with a frame you can explain.
Management
After handover: changes and incidents through the same Floor contact as your other IT.
Who it is for
For SMEs that want wifi as a project or add-on, next to the MSP package. You want coverage that matches the rooms you name — without a percentage on paper.
Honest scope
In
- Survey, install and tune within the agreed rooms and budget.
- Guest network and later changes after intake, when that is agreed.
Out
- No coverage percentage or ‘100% everywhere’ promise.
- Outdoor installs, large campuses or events only after a separate agreement.
Wifi is not included by default in the MSP monthly rate. Workplace management remains the monthly package.
