The NLdigital Terms 2025 apply to all offers and agreements of Floor ICT Diensten, filed with the District Court of Midden-Nederland, Utrecht location. NLdigital is the Dutch trade association for the digital sector (formerly Nederland ICT).
Specific agreements on package, price and SLA sit in your quote or management contract. Those take precedence over the standard terms where they differ.
